　海南省“旅游+农业”产业融合下民宿产业发展研究

　摘

　要 ：近几年，越来越多居民的休闲选择从酒店变成了民宿，农旅融合发展彰显的优势使其具有越来越大的发展潜力和强大的生命力。本文提出海南发展乡村民宿的劣势主要集中在产业融合力度、开发方式、管理规范、人才资源这几个方面，本文利用文献研究法、田野研究法及个案研究法，结合相关理论：产业融合理论、产业集群理论探讨对农业＋旅游的融合下民宿发展的可行性。对海南省的农业情况及民宿旅游情况深入分析。以及对海南省农业及民宿发展作出优劣势分析，提出相应的对策与建议。

　A study on the development of homestay industry under the integration of "tourism + agriculture" industry

　Abstract: In recent years, more and more residents" leisure choices have changed from hotels to homestays. The advantages demonstrated by the integrated development of farming and tourism have made them have greater and greater development potential and strong vitality. This paper proposes that the disadvantages of Hainan ’s development of country homestays mainly focus on the aspects of industrial integration,development methods, management standards, and human resources. This article explores the feasibility of developing host families under branch integration theory and branch clustering theory. In-depth analysis of Hainan"s agricultural conditions and homestay tourism.And to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Hainan"s agriculture and homestay development, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
